Eden Springs spearheads across Eastern Europe with Vendomatic acquisition
Eden Springs, the leading workplace drinks provider, has announced its acquisition of Vendomatic – Amber Café in Latvia, an OCS and vending business with 370 Selling points, generating more than 760K EUR revenues.
This second acquisition for Eden Springs in Latvia (following Kafijas Automati LV 6 months ago) has brought the company to a market share of almost 30 per cent* of the OCS and Vending activities in Latvia. With this acquisition comes a great opportunity for the business to strengthen its growing coffee and hot beverage offering and become a pioneer in exploring the potential synergies when combining OCS and Vending activities via its operational model platform.
Raanan Zilberman, CEO of Eden Springs, comments: “This acquisition has been timed very well when our business is presented with perfect market conditions for M&A. The opportunity offered by Latvia has stepped up our total beverage solution further across Europe. Not only have we built strong foundations for future acquisitions within this region, we are reiterating our hot beverage offering to competitors by buying in Coffee.”
