Quality Assurance

The quality of Eden bottled water is one of our primary responsibilities. It is controlled at every stage of production by our own laboratories at each source, as well as by independent laboratories, and is meticulously handled every step of the way before reaching your water cooler. Eden bottled water carries the European Bottled Watercooler Association (EBWA) seal of approval.

EBWA provide guidelines and direction for all water bottlers and distributors on health and safety, international regulations governing the industry and sets local standards. EBWA members play a key role in maintaining industry integrity and product quality.

One of the conditions of EBWA membership is that we allow unannounced audits of our bottling plant and branches, checking everything from our bottling process to transportation to our clients. We constantly exceed requirements in all categories.
