Eden Springs (Switzerland) SA acquires Blue Stream SA

Eden Springs (Switzerland) SA, the country's leading HOD brand, is pleased to announce it has acquired Blue Stream SA and AQA Coolers SA. The deal brings an additional 6,000 cooler units into Eden Springs (Switzerland) SA portfolio. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Blue Stream owned by Aquacapital SA, is the leading HOD operator in the Geneva area, with 2,500 clients exclusively on a long term contract basis. Blue Stream's solid customer base will enhance and strengthen the group's expansion policy. Blue Stream's two founders, Yarom Ophir and Siddik Apaydin stayed with the company, Yarom as Sales and Marketing Manager of Eden Springs Switzerland, and Siddik as regional operation manager. "We are happy to join the dynamic and professional team of the Eden Springs family, and hope to share our longstanding experience in the field of HOD and contribute to the success of our partners.
