Eden Springs (Espana) SA acquires Montana Azul in Spain

Eden Springs (Espana) SA, subsidiary of the Danone Springs of Eden, is pleased to announce that it successfully completed the acquisition of the Montana Azul Company, becoming leader in the HOD business in Spain. Montana Azul is exclusively involved in the HOD business and is located in several regions, with its Headquarter based in Madrid. The company services a base of 23’000 customers, generating a turnover of € 7,000,000.

Montana Azul is a fast growing company, which business will be incorporated into the Eden Springs (Espana) SA operations to increase it’s customer density and distribution efficiencies.
