Eden Springs (UK) acquires Water Waiter in the UK

Eden Springs (UK) is pleased to announce that it successfully completed the acquisition of the Water Waiter Company. The company was involved exclusively in the HOD business. Water Waiter was based in Kettering, Northampton approximately 100 kilometres northwest of Central London.

The company serviced a base of 2200 customers located throughout the midlands, generating a turnover of € 1,500,000 (2003 estimate).

Water Waiter is a highly profitable and growing company, which had earned a reputation for excellence customer service. The business will be incorporated into the operations of Eden’s southern region and will provide for increased customer density and distribution efficiencies.
